Michelle Strange, MSDH, RDH, CDIPC
Michelle Strange is a practicing dental hygienist, educator, and entrepreneur with over 25 years in the dental field. She launched her career as a dental assistant before earning a Bachelor’s in Health Science from the Medical University of South Carolina and a Master’s in Dental Hygiene Education from the University of Bridgeport. Committed to lifelong learning, Michelle holds certificates in Dental Infection Prevention & Control, Myofunctional Therapy, Interim Restorative Therapies, and Neuromodulators.
As founder of MichelleStrangeRDH and Level Up Infection Prevention Michelle empowers dental professionals with evidence‑based education, hands‑on resources, and practical strategies for clinical excellence and compliance. In 2025, she became the proud owner of Smile Logic, a Colorado‑based dental hygiene practice delivering value‑based, patient‑centered care.
Michelle’s philosophy centers on partnership and compassion: she listens deeply to each patient’s concerns, tailors care plans to individual goals, and never recommends treatments or X‑rays that aren’t clinically necessary. Her trauma‑informed approach ensures patients feel safe, respected, and in control of their oral health journey.
Originally from Charleston, SC, in 2021 Michelle sold everything, packed her essentials into a 12‑foot trailer, and spent three years roaming the country—bringing her expertise to communities coast to coast. From beaches to mountains, that wanderlust deepened her passion for adaptable, patient‑focused care. Today, she is thrilled to officially call Colorado home, where she continues to bridge education, innovation, and real‑world application to elevate patient experiences and the profession at large.

Angie Rhoades, RDH
Angie is the former owner and operator of SmileLogic and is proud to continue providing dental hygiene care to the community.
SmileLogic was founded in the late 1990s, originally serving patients at a corporate health facility. In 2010, when the founding owner retired, Angie acquired the practice. Since then, SmileLogic has continued to evolve while remaining focused on its mission: delivering exceptional dental hygiene services in a welcoming environment.
Angie’s philosophy centers on individualized care. She is committed to creating a relaxed setting where treatment is based on each patient’s needs, not on high-pressure sales. Her approach emphasizes education and empowerment, helping patients achieve optimal oral health as part of their overall wellness.
A Colorado native, Angie earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Northern Arizona University in 2001. She began her career in dentistry at the age of 16, working as a dental assistant, receptionist, and office manager before completing her degree. She has also served on the Board of Directors for the Superior Chamber of Commerce and on the Colorado Dental Board, and she continues to mentor dental hygienists pursuing practice ownership.
Outside of SmileLogic, Angie enjoys spending time with her husband and friends, visiting her daughter in college, planning future travels, and wine tasting.

Kate, RDH
Hello! My name is Kate, and I am so excited to be working alongside Michelle and Angie at SmileLogic. I received my Associate of Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene from the Community College of Denver, and I have 14 years of experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist in both large and small private dental practices. I have always strived to treat my patients with empathy and respect while providing a gentle and thorough experience in every visit.
I am originally from Vermont, where I studied Psychology at Saint Michael’s College. After graduating, I moved to Winter Park and ended up falling in love with Colorado (and my now husband of over 20 years!). I have been a part of the Superior community for 16 years, where we feel so grateful to be raising two daughters. In my free time, I enjoy running, skiing, photographing my girls in their sports, and spending time with my family and our rescue dog, Cooper.
